Enquiry information

When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, contact details, product requirements, drawings and photographs. We use this information to review your project, prepare quotations, respond to enquiries and fulfil orders, not for unrelated advertising sales.

Forms and website services

Our own service processes enquiry forms and notifies our team through Alibaba Cloud's email service. Attachments are stored outside the public website, with time-limited download links and a current retention period of 30 days. The server keeps basic access logs for security and troubleshooting.

Optional analytics and promotion measurement

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you select “OK”. They help us understand traffic sources, countries or regions, devices, page visits and interactions. Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session replays. These reports do not identify a visitor's real identity or company.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics and our linked Google Ads account to measure visits and enquiries from promotions. Google receives limited campaign details, Google ad-click identifiers (GCLID, WBRAID or GBRAID), page information and interaction events. Our source record is used only within the current browser tab and is no longer reused after 30 minutes without a page visit. Google may use first-party analytics or measurement cookies; analytics cookies configured by this website last no longer than 180 days.

Clarity does not load on enquiry pages. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, drawings, attachments and original RFQ IDs are not sent to measurement tools. A hashed event identifier may be sent to Google Ads to deduplicate a successful enquiry; it contains no customer contact information. Enquiry conversions are recorded only after confirmed backend acceptance. Email and phone clicks are separate events, not received enquiries. We do not enable ad personalisation, remarketing or enhanced conversions, or upload customer contact information.

Your choices

Select “Cancel” to keep optional tools disabled, or withdraw consent at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. When measurement purposes change, previous choices are not carried forward: you will be asked to choose again. Withdrawal removes accessible first-party analytics and advertising-measurement cookies and the current tab's source record, then reloads the page to stop further tracking. We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Service providers and retention

Google and Microsoft process consented analytics data under their own terms, and their infrastructure may be outside your country or region. See the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement. Business records are retained as needed for the project and legal obligations, and shared only with people or service providers required for enquiries, orders, website operation or legal compliance.
