ORDER & EXPORT SUPPORT

Order and Export Support

Documents, trade terms, payment arrangements and packing instructions are confirmed for each order and recorded in the agreed order or contract documents.

Material documents
Original mill or material-supplier certificates and Teamstar internal material inspection reports are both available, as specified for the order.
Export documents
Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading and customs declaration records can be provided as applicable to the shipment.
Terms and payment
EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP can be agreed by project. RMB, USD and EUR are supported, with T/T, letter of credit or another agreed payment method.
Labels and packing
Customer-specified labels, barcodes, batch numbers, shipping marks and packing instructions are supported, together with customer branding, neutral packing and the required rust and edge protection.
